Mind and Hand Associates is a boutique consulting firm dedicated to helping educational institutions and the organizations supporting them succeed in the rapidly changing - and increasingly global - education community. Higher education is a different kind of "industry" and Mind and Hand Associates has created a different kind of consulting firm to serve this community. We combine hard data with values-based discussion, new ideas with traditional ideals, and creative thinking with pragmatic implementation.
Our team has experience in both higher education and business and we can assemble project teams with best-fit resources for each client and project. Our higher education experience comes through leadership positions in program development and management, marketing, admissions, executive education, student affairs, program evaluation, curriculum design and implementation, career development, and alumni relations. Our business experience is from positions in strategy consulting, marketing management, market research, public accounting, and new program development. We have deep experience across a variety of functions in higher education and know how to improve institutional and departmental strategy, marketing and positioning, admissions, retention, and operational processes.
